Your credit card details are stored inside our secure payment provider, ClickBank. For that reason, to change/update your credit card details you have to do it on their website.
- Visit http://www.clkbank.com/ and then click Look Up Your Order.
- Enter the order ID and the email address associated with your last purchase*.
- Check the I’m not a robot box and then click Go!.
- On the next page — Order Detail — click the Edit button next to your current payment method.
- You will be redirected to a new page: Update Your Subscription Payment Information. Enter your new credit card information, and when you’re done, click the Update button at the bottom of the form.
That’s it. The next re-billing of your subscription will be made using the new credit card information you submitted.
*You can find these details in your last receipt at https://holdonstranger.com/account-settings#invoices (if you aren’t logged in to holdonstranger, please do first). Click to open your last receipt, and you should find the order details at the bottom of it.
